A Date of THIEVERY- And Probably Other Things

It had been a good date thus far, Cilgwri had his coat loaded down with silver things that were now his, oh, and Baby was there. That was probably important to the date too. They had hit up, that is visted, a few places already. Now they were heading towards a few night clubs that they knew wouldn't be open for a while and shouldn't have any employees in it yet.

They reached a empty street full of night clubs, dark and dead while the sun was still up. They made their way to the nearest club and Cilgwri began to pick the lock as nonchalantly as possible.

Baby watched Cilgwri work the lock and smirked. She hasn't been collecting shiny things with reckless abandon, but had picked up a few things that caught her eye. She had convinced her crow man to avoid the higher-dollar clubs, for several reasons that she had pulled off the top of her head. Besides, people got more drunk at the less exclusive clubs, and were much more likely to drop valuables and shinies.

"Almost got the door, mate?" She grinned and ruffled his hair after double-checking that the view to the street was clear.

Cilgwri laughed and turned to Baby and cawed as the door swung upon. He pulled the door open and bowed "My lady fair?" He invited.

Baby's grin quirked to one side and she mocked a curtsy for him before striding through the doorway. She immediately headed towards the coat room, where there was usually a lost and found of sorts, and-- ah!

"This cigarette case is made of jade, Cilgwri!"

Cilgwri nodded, "Nice, jade is nice, but..." he ruffled through the lost and found box. "Ah, here we go!" He smiled, and cawed a bit less intentionally this time as he pulled out a fistful of silver (probably fake) assorted jewelry from the dregs of the box. "Culhwch's gonna be so jealous!"

Baby tucked the cigarette case into her bra and smirked. Cilgwri and Culhwch did like their shinies. Regardless of what said shinies were made of.

"You're gonna run out of room in that coat, darlin'."

"It's bigger on the inside!" He laughed and jumped out of potential range, running to the bar.

"A drink my lady?" He started sifting through the bottles carefully.

It was a good thing Cilgwri moved, because Baby immediately raised her hand to smack him. She sashayed amongst the tables and found a dried flower crown that had been painted gold.

"Think Culhwch'll like this?" She nestled the crown over her hair and grinned as she moved over to the bar. She leaned on the counter and rested her chin on her fist, eyeing the bottles.

"It's the middle of the afternoon."
